This book is based on a research "A Comparative Study of English Language Teaching in English and Non-English Medium Institutions". There is a strong correlation between medium of instruction (MI) and acquisition of foreign or second language. The studies undertaken in the past have divided opinions. So to explore this correlation, the present study was carried out. This study shows that there are other factors also which make a difference.
