The system is composed of microprocessed acquisition plates, which during the drying of the product perform temperature acquisition in three levels, top, center and base of the silos, as well as the relative humidity of the entrance and exit air, transmitting this information to a central office (computer), via Bluetooth where they are stored for later analysis.
