With the vast development of various technologies, learning today is no longer confined to classrooms with lecture delivery as the only method of conveying knowledge, rather, an electronic means of learning has continued to evolve. Electronic learning (e-learning) facilitates education using communications networks. The objective of this project was to study the e–learning system in a virtual learning environment to develop creative thinking for learners in higher education. The main purpose of building an e-learning system is to enhance our department with latest technology being used everywhere and to remove paperwork from our department which is very time consuming, our system will be efficient for both students and teachers to save their time rather than spending it on paperwork and focus on their main goal which is to get and deliver more knowledge and share their study material online without any hassle all they need is to just upload the ppts, pdf files on portal and students will be able to download it from their without wasting their time asking from each other about notes.
