Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Marcia Esteves Agostinho tiene un doctorado en Ingeniería Industrial de la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro. Antes de iniciar su carrera académica de 25 años, trabajó para empresas internacionales de consultoría de gestión. También es autora del libro "Complexidade e Organizações": Em Busca da Gestão Autônoma". Río de Janeiro: Atlas, 2003.
