This monograph, based on dissertation research, serves to a certain extent to fulfil the tasks set out in Decree No. PP-341 of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 23 October 2023 ‘On additional measures for state support of the floriculture and nursery industries’ Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-5209 of 4 August 2021 ‘On the further development of the floriculture and nursery industries in the regions of the republic’, as well as other regulatory and legal documents adopted in this field. The monograph highlights the characteristics of the development of sucking pests and the use of low-toxic chemical and biological pesticides against them on roses in protected ground conditions.
