Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Vladimir's areas of research include commercial law, intellectual property law and digital law. He is especially interested in the interface between intellectual property law and innovation. Outside of his research, Vladimir is an executive board member of the Asian Pacific Copyright Association and a practising barrister and solicitor.
