These terminals together with the technology known as cloud computing changed also the ICT market. The study relates to the situation in many countries, but mainly to Poland.

Biografía del autor

Andrzej Zielinski received master's degree in Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), Poland, in 1959 and Ph.D. degree in 1966. During 1957-1970 he was a member of the scientific staff of WUT. In 1970-1993, the director of the National Institute of Telecommunications, Poland. In 1993-1997 Minister of Communications, Poland.
