Chich-Ping Hu, received his doctor's degree of engineering from Department of Civil Engineering, National Taiwan University, R. O .C . in 1995. The author concentrates his academic research on housing policy, urban planning, resilient city and real estate economics. Publication of the author during the period of his teaching service is rich.
