Aditya Nilawar, Ph.D Research Scholar, Department of Civil Engineering, SGGS IE&T. Milind Waikar obtained his M.Tech (Civil) from IIT Kharagpur and Ph.D. from IIT Roorkee and is currently Professor of Civil Engineering and Dean (Academics) at Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering & Technology, Nanded, India.
