The performance of organization and employee motivation has been the focus of intensive research effort in recent times. Employee performance is a most important factor in an organization, high performance is a well pronounced trend in most institutions especially in the hospitality sector. This book is an attempt to analyze motivation in relation to employee’s performance among the employees of Beach Restaurants in Jaffna.
