The documentary Constitution is today in vogue as the formal normative scheme of governance, in nearly all countries. Kenya’s Constitution of 2010 is an example in this regard. Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Jackton Ojwang, Richter am Obersten Gerichtshof Kenias, hat an der Universität Cambridge promoviert und an der Universität Nairobi den Titel eines LL.D. erworben. Zu seinen Werken zählen mehr als zehn Dutzend Artikel und Rezensionen in internationalen Fachzeitschriften sowie umfangreiche Buchbeiträge, darunter: ASCENDANT JUDICIARY IN EAST AFRICA (2013); und THE COMMON LAW, JUDGE'S LAW (2014).
