This book investigated in the video processing with the intention of the current study was to determine the degraded points in a video sequence and inpaint them using Affine Transform based Frame to Frame Matching Technique. The first step to detect degraded points in video is to segment its content into pixel intensities. In order to distinguish between the different types of problems such as panning, tilting, zooming, etc. In addition, related works in these techniques have been presented and compared with previous one. However, most of the algorithms in the literature review have been implanted to determine degradation in consecutive frames such as panning, tilting, zooming and finding jitters.
