Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Prof. Jozef Pawelec has finished the Military Academy of Technology in Warsaw. He was vice Director of Military Communications Institute. At present he is the Dean at Computer Faculty of European University in Warsaw. The main publications: Radiocommunications, Ed. of Radom University 2002, IEEE Com. Magazine, Int. J. on Com. Sat. Networks.
