In view to reach the goal, this manuscript has been published for the teacher, researcher, research students (MS, PhD) and students (Undergraduate) in the area of Molecular Cell Biology related to plant, animal and human. Modern technology based data on Molecular cell Biology like hormone signaling, its mechanism and regulated gene, gene expression regulating auxin (IAA, IBA), gibberellin (GA3), cytokinin, abscissic acid (ABA) and steroid, cytokine and peptide hormones in plant, animal and human have been noted in this manuscript. In addition, transcription and translation, gene expression technology, genomics as well as bioinformatics have been described well. Finally, we believe, this book would be an innovative study in the field of hormone regulated gene expression for the academician, researcher and students.

Dr. A.B.M Sharif Hossain obtained PhD in Biotechnology from Ehime University, Japan. Dr. Hossain is an Associate Professor in Biotechnology, Hail University. He supervised 5 PhD and 10 MS students at University of Malaya, Malaysia. Dr. Hossain published 174 articles including 25 books. Among these 50 are ISI Journals. MM Uddin is co-researcher.
