Hybridization of Ant Colony Algorithm(ACO) and Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) for spectrum sensing is a highly efficient cost optimization technique. Hybridization of PSO and ACO significantly increases the detection rate as Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) accelerates from false minima which reduces the false minima. PSO-ACO hybridization significantly outperforms in increasing throughput as well as decreasing error and convergence occurs fast because of ACO optimization.
