Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr. Manal H.G. Kanaan awarded Ph.D. in public health/food microbiology from University of Baghdad, Iraq. She serves as a member of the Editorial board for two journals. Her special interest is the study of resistant genes and its relation to the emergence of resistant foodborne pathogens.
