It took me 2 great years to write this dissertation about an organization i worked for in 6 years unraveling the ills that can be accrued when a staff is not properly trained in-turn the effect of not training the staff is multi-facet; On the Employee Redundancy and SKILL GAP SETS IN, While on the Employer, Productivity is reduced or stagnant also backward in sophistication and technological advancement. In conclusion, the book clearly shows the merits of staff being properly trained on and off the job.
