Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Dr Jestoni Dulva Maniago is a faculty-researcher and community-extensionist from the Philippines. His research activities intersect in understanding micro-organisational behaviour and quality of education. Dr Froilan D Mobo is the assistant unit head of general education in Philippine Merchant Marine Academy and authored various research articles.
