This book tries to introduce new approach to combating corruption, human rights approach. It advocates for approaching corruption as human rights violation by raising some examples where corruption could possibly result in denial of public goods provision to poor, demolishing of buildings causing accidents, and often death to humans. The author believes that the book may be vital for policymakers, academicians, researchers and students as well.

Graduated with LL.B in 2007 from Haramaya University. Taught Law (General) at Haramaya Law for two years, and transferred to Hawassa University School of Law. Specialized in Governance and Development Studies (Focus in Governance Studies). Currently, working as a lecturer in Law and Head of the Law School, Hawassa University.
