There is a question: “What should be the new physics?” There is no unity on this issue among the physicists. Stanislav Ivanovich Konstantinov is a professional physicist and engineer with twenty-five years of experience at RSC Energia. He is a graduate of Department of Physical Electronics, Herzen State Pedagogical University of Russia, St. Petersburg, graduated from the graduate school. He took part in the project to launch the spacecraft "Buran".
