Anatoly T. O. was born in 1940 in Ukraine. After university he worked in one of the research institutes of the Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. He defended his doctoral thesis in 1986. During 30 years of work at the Research Institute he developed two scientific theories and defended 60 inventions, improved the general methodology of machine design.
