In the author’s view, management is a package of decisions. In other words, management means the art of making correct, perfect, faultless, immaculate and timely decisions, the art of distinguishing and selecting in the proper moments and critical times, saving seconds and moments, detecting and identifying priorities and strengths and weaknesses of the company in order to make decisions whether major or minor ones, which can also be at the same time imperative and determining, decisions which with the manager’s precise and subtle glance at the depth of goals, the unique characteristics and the present and future conditions of the company, not only save the company from the upcoming challenges but also protect it against sudden or gradual fall in an organized way and even make it change its direction toward progress.
