An ore-inspiring grip isn't something you're born with. It needs to be practiced and worked on like any other part of strength training. The Leverage Block allows for a wide range of functional grip training exercises. You can use them to work your endurance pinch grip and wrist by doing your standard training regime that you would otherwise do with a barbell or kettlebell. The options are really only limited by your imagination! You can also work your functional pinch grip strength by dropping it with one hand and catching it with the other (mind your feet). This is great for active grip strength such as fighting and climbing as you are gripping a moving object.
