Christopher A. McNally is research fellow of politics & security studies at the East-West Center. Charles E. Morrison is president of the East-West Center. He is a founding member of the U.S. National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation and member of the U.S. Committee for Security Cooperation in Asia-Pacific.
