RAMDANE TOUHAMI ist ein international bekannter Designer, Kreativdirektor und Unternehmer. Seit den 1990er Jahren hat er eine Reihe von erfolgreichen Mode- und Einzelhandelsunternehmen in Paris, London, Tokio und New York gegründet. Officine Universelle Buly ist dabei in der Kosmetikwelt weltweit für sein herausragendes Branding bekannt.

RAMDANE TOUHAMI is an internationally renowned designer, creative director, and entrepreneur. Officine Universelle Buly is known globally in the cosmetics world and also for its approach to branding. Touhami continues to head the brand alongside partner Victoire de Taillac.
