INGRID MOSSINGER studied art history, archaeology, ethnology and philosophy at the J. W. Goethe-Universität in Frankfurt (Main). She has worked in the Culture Department of the city of Frankfurt (Main), at the Museum Wiesbaden and the Frankfurter Kunstverein and for the Biennial of Sydney. She has served as director of Art Frankfurt, the Kunstverein Ludwigsburg and the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz (since 1996). KATHARINA METZ studied art history and cultural sciences at the university in Leipzig. She is Director of the Textil- und Kunstgewerbesammlung at the Kunstsammlungen Chemnitz. WIELAND POSER studied at the Hochschule für industrielle Formgestaltung Halle - Burg Giebichenstein. He is a professor on the faculty of Design at the Hochschule für Kunst und Design Halle - Burg Giebichenstein and Chairman of the Department Textile Design.
