Femme Fashion features an exemplary design selection of ground-breaking developments in fashion, such as the chemise dress, the Biedermeier crinoline and the functional dress propagated by the reform movement is linked with its idealogical and temporal context while individual freedoms of design are explored. Apart from giving an historical overview, Femme Fashion also focuses on the current fashion situation.
