At the early stage of development income disparity will be worsen, because there is unequal growth between different sectors. So that the labor force will move to the more productive sectors. Then after, the income inequality become higher. The rich become more richest and the poor become the poorest. So that those government organization who set policy and Non government who works to reduce poverty must give a attention to source of income which are more accessible to the poor!
