Therefore retaining of the existing employees is the primary objective of any organization. This study is initiated to seek answer to the tion butattrition problem in Indian IT sector.This book reports findings of the research and suggests a solution to the problem.

Dr Mohammed Galib Hussain is Emeritus Professor & Rector at Islamiah College, Vaniyambadi, India.Author of eight books on various aspects of Human Resource Management and corporate adviser on HRM issues.Holds a Ph D from the University of Madras and has taught business management subjects for the thirty-five years and a trainer of managers as well.
