This work presents the design and implementation of an information storage and retrieval system based on Miscrosoft .NET framework, suitable for research and corporal work.

Dr. Tulshi Bezboruah received his Ph. D from Gauhati University in 1999 and is currently an Associate Professor, Department of Electronics & Communication Technology, Gauhati University, INDIA. Mrs. R. Gogoi received her M. Phill from Gauhati University in 2009 and is currently a Scientific Officer of the University.
