Dr. Tulshi Bezboruah received Ph.D in Electronics Instrumetation from Gauhati University, INDIA, in 1999. Dr. Bezboruah is currently working as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electronics & Communication Technology, Gauhati University, INDIA. Dr. Mitashree Kalita received Ph. D in web technology from Gauhati University, INDIA, in 2011.
