The objective of this dissertation is to analyse the International and regional Instruments relating to prevention of land-based sources of marine pollution. After that I discusses the mechanisms assumed by the Sudan to adopt these rules on regional and national levels, and weaknesses of existing regimes in the Sudan, and the problem faced.
