Biografía del autor

This book provides an indepth analysis of performance management practices as a mechanism for improving effectiveness and effeciecy in organisations. Stanley Kipkelwon is currently a lecturer at Moi University and holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource development and a Bachelors Degree in Wildlife Management both from Moi University.
