Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Patrick Baur is currently working toward his PhD in Environmental Science, Policy and Management at the University of California, Berkeley, where he researches agricultural and food systems. He received his B.A. in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University in 2007.
