Biografía del autor

Steven Phiri was born in 1972 in Lusaka District in Zambia. He holds a B.A. Degree in Public Administration obtained at the University of Zambia in 2000. This work was his dissertation for his Masters Degree in Development Studies in 2009 at International Institute of Social Studies, Erasmus University, The Netherlands.
