Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

is a doctoral candidate at Harvard Law School and holds LLM degrees from the Universities of Toronto and Teramo, as well as an LLB degree from the University of Dar es salaam. He is also an advocate of Uganda's High Court and a Teaching Fellow for World Poverty and Human Rights at Harvard University.
