In kreativer Zusammenarbeit mit dem Katalanischen Starkoch Ferran Adrià hat Hannah Collins (*1956 in London) ein fotografisches Tableau entworfen, das feinste Speisen aus verschiedenen Kulturen vorstellt und ihrer Herkunft nachgeht. Die Künstlerin begibt sich auf eine Spurensuche an die Ursprungsorte von rund 30 Lebensmitteln und Zutaten, die Ferran Adriá in seiner berühmten Küche elBulli verwendet und für das gemeinsame Projekt in einer exklusiven Auswahl zusammengestellt hat. The Fragile Feast was born of a creative collaboration between the artist and photographer Hannah Collins (*1956 in London) and Catalan star chef Ferran Adri? and offers scintillating insight into the origins of extraordinary food from different cultures. Collins sought out the original sources of an exclusive selection of around thirty foods and ingredients Adri? uses in his famous restaurant elBulli.
