The beginning of “Thin film science” can possibly be traced to the observation of grove who noted that metal thin film were formed because of two-dimensional solid’s potential, technical values and scientific curiosity in the properties, the field of thin films has become evergreen in recent years.For understanding the electrodeposition method theoretical background is given. Mechanism of chemical bath deposition is discussed in detail. Interest in the use of photo electrochemical (PEC) solar cells for low-cost energy conversion has lead to an extensive research in the field for novel and suitable thin film semiconductor materials.Copper Indium Selined thin films are prepared by using Electrodeposition method, electrodeposition technique depends on the cathodic potential which have to applied for further deposition.
