To obtain the best result, it is inevitably necessary to select the most appropriate machining settings in order to achieve improved cutting efficiency and higher productivity.The main objectives of this study is to find out the appropriate treatment combinations of the input parameters so that material removal rate and surface finish will be optimized, individually and collectively. On the top of that, the objective is to develop an empirical model capable of accurately predicting the output parameters at specified range.

Mr. Khadka has BS in Industrial Engineering from Tribhuwan University, Kathmandu, Nepal. He was one of the medalist of the batch during his undergrad. He has MS in Product Design and Manufacturing from Visvesvaraya Technological University with First Class Distinction. He is joining University of Denver (DU) for further studies in August 2016.
