We are now living in a global age where border and distance is no longer relevant.Technology and globalization have brought all of us closer regardless of our backgrounds or where we are situated worldwide. This study is carried out to determine whether or not a relationship exists between the managerial working values in Yemen and the five dimensions of Hofstede's cultural model. In this book, the sample data consisted of managers working in Yemen, and data were gathered by mean of constructing questionnaires which was distributed to selected professional or managerial level employees whom we picked randomly from different companies.
