Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor

Assist.Prof.Dr. Burcu Toker received BSc and MSc degrees in Industrial Engineering and completed her Ph.D. studies in Business Management. Her research interests include systems analysis and design, health systems and ergonomics. She is working as a senior lecturer in Department of Industrial Engineering at Girne American University.
