Altaf Ahmad Dar was born on 3 March 1987 and belongs to Jammu and Kashmir,India.He is presently Doctoral candidate on Peace studies in School of Education Pondicherry University,India and has done MA,M.Phil,B.Ed.,M.Ed.,PGDCA.He has written extensively on India-Pakistan peace process and Peace Education.
