Dr. Businge was born in 1983, He has PhD in Management Information System (2017), Masters of Science in Information Systems (2010) and Bachelor of Computer Engineering (2007) .He has been teaching in University since 2008 in private and public universities in Uganda. He has several Journal articles and presented papers at international level.
