Pierre and Jacques Curie in the early 1800s discovered the functional properties to the piezoelectric material. Ravi Shekhar received a B.E in electrical and electronic engineering and the M.Tech (first class with Honors) in Power Electronics. His current research interests are dc-dc converters, electrothermal devices, and power devices, electric vehicles, and drives. He is currently working as Assistant Professor at Amity University Patna.
