The author has prepared a serious attempt to explore the staffing levels and performance in the organisation by looking into the quantitative approach instead of qualitative approach that merely focuses on opinions, considerations from experts or proposal from the top management in gauging the staffing levels. The study is interesting to be explored in identifying that different staffing levels have different impacts on the performance of the organisation particularly with the application of Queuing Model, Markov Chain Model and Random Walk Model to test these relationships
