Documentary credit is a vital point of international trade transactions. Every day, a great many firms enter into sale contracts with one other and agree on payment method by documentary credit.This book gives historical information about international trade and documentary credit. Ahmet Ayar was born in İzmir, Turkey, on February 8, 1981, and grew up in Istanbul. He is the son of Mehmet and Gülşen Ayar. He has one younger sister, Güliz. Ahmet obtained his LLB from Yeditepe University, his LLM from the University Of East Anglia. At the moment he is a member of Istanbul Bar and research assistant in Kadir Has University.
