Color stability of proviosional restorative materials is of sigificant importance if the restorations are to be worn for a long period of time.The type of provisional restoraive material, the staining solutions and duration of exposure to staining solutions are significant factors affecting their color stability. Timed polishing of stained restorations may reduce or eliminate discolorations by some stains.

Über die Autorin bzw. den Autor
Dr. Barbara Ndagire completed Her BDS at Makeree University Kampala, Uganda in 2003 and then enrolled for Masters in Restorative Dentistry at Prestigous University Of Western Cape, South Africa for two years. She then worked as an Expatriate Lecturer at Kigali Health Insitute, Kigali Rwanda for 2 years. She is now in Private practice, Kampla Uganda.
