The Author got his B.Tech and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering respectively. Presently he is continuing his PhD. in Nano-Technology. His present research work is on "Computational aspects of few electronic properties of semiconductor nano-structures and related phenomena". The Author has more than 20 International Journals in repute.
