Il dottor P K Juneja lavora attualmente come professore e presidente del DRC presso il dipartimento ECE della GEU di Dehradun. Ha conseguito il dottorato di ricerca, il master in tecnologia e la laurea in tecnologia presso l'IIT Roorkee, il DAVV Indore e il MJPRU di Bareilly, rispettivamente. Ha 15 anni di esperienza nell'insegnamento e nella ricerca. Ha al suo attivo diverse pubblicazioni di prestigio.
