Scovia magara is an Assistant Lecturer at Kyambogo University,History Department-Political science section.She is currently undertaking her PhD studies at Makerere University.Scovia holds a Master of Arts in Ethics and Public Management,a Post Graduate Diploma in Education and a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Makarere University-Uganda
